JerryPraeger ("we", "our") provides tax consultancy, strategic estate planning, asset protection mentoring, corporate governance, and long-term capital reinvestment strategies. Services are exclusively intended for entrepreneurs and family offices.
The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services. We undertake to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting data confidentiality in accordance with applicable legislation.
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total value of fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, opportunities, or moral damages. Our recommendations do not constitute absolute guarantees regarding tax or financial results.
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship with a 30-day written notice. In case of non-fulfillment of financial obligations or serious breach of terms, we may terminate the contract immediately. Upon termination, the client will pay for services rendered up to that date.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with a 15-day notice, communicated via email or on the website. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
Fees are established by individual contract and are invoiced monthly or upon project completion. Refunds are granted only for services not fully provided, proportionally to the unexecuted value. No refunds are granted for services already rendered.

These terms are in accordance with Romanian legislation and Google Ads principles regarding fair representation. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or by the competent court in Romania.
